1 Information We Collect

Snow Panic does not require registration and collects no name, email address, or contact details from you directly. The App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect the following:

• Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language, and general region.
• Gameplay & usage analytics — anonymous events such as app opens, levels reached, and session length, used to understand how the game is played.
• Crash & diagnostic data — if the App crashes, a report containing the device state and stack trace is collected to help us fix the problem.
• Advertising identifiers — an Advertising ID (and, where applicable, an app-set ID) used by our advertising partner to show ads and limit ad repetition.

Your high score and settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the game and its balance.
• To diagnose crashes and technical problems and improve stability.
• To understand aggregate, anonymous usage trends.
• To display advertisements that keep the game free.

We do not sell your personal information.

4 Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID to serve ads and, where you have allowed it, to personalize them.

5 Children’s Privacy

Snow Panic is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Our advertising is configured to request appropriate ad content in line with Google Play’s Families and COPPA requirements.

6 Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers only as long as needed for the purposes described above, in line with their standard retention periods (for example, Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports for up to 90 days). On-device data such as your high score remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the App.

7 Your Rights & Choices

• Access & deletion — you may request information about, or deletion of, data associated with your device by contacting us.
• Opt out of personalized ads — via your device’s advertising settings, as described above.
• Clear on-device data — uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes locally stored information such as scores and settings.

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

8 Security

Data transmitted by the App to our service providers is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). While no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, we and our providers apply reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information the App handles.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
